Standard Detached or Auxilliary Structures, Garages, Sheds, etc. will be an added $75.00 each to inspect
Non-standard or very large Detached or Auxilliary Structures; Barns, Livestock sheds, Storage Buildings, Additional Houses, etc. will be inspected at the per-square-foot pricing.
Homes 3000 sq. ft. and larger must allow 3 hours to complete
Homes 5000 sq. ft. and larger must be scheduled for morning inspections and can take up to 5 hours to complete
